May 15, 2009, the Faith Based Breast Health initiative, Friday Night Fitness Fun, spoke to the issues of women's health and fitness with emphasizes on breast health. Forty-eight women attended the nights event which ran from 7PM-9PM. Curves gyms, which is noted for promoting breast health also partnered in the event by providing 30 day free memberships to all the women, and gift bags. The Cancer Coalition provided healthy snacks, water, Stay-fit pedometer kits, women's health information, and scented stress balls. The women who moved the most during the event won a gift card to Lady's Foot Locker.
